Windows 10 can't ping other PC's.




1. Open Run  and type firewall.cpl

2. Click on Advance Setting

3. Click on Outbound Rules on left hand side on top

4. Find File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request - ICMPv4-Out) 

5 Then right click and choose Enable Rule
